The 1st Â鶹´«Ã½É«ÇéƬ Surveyor’s Cup on October 2, 2017 was definitely a great day to be out of the office for 120 participants composed of CEOs and construction industry professionals. The invitational golf tournament was a celebration of Â鶹´«Ã½É«ÇéƬ’ milestone of successfully completing 250 construction projects here and abroad.

Led by Â鶹´«Ã½É«ÇéƬ Inc’s. President Engr. Rynor G. Jamandre, the golf tournament was graced by His Excellency Ambassador Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Other VIPs include Michael Russell, President of Global Gateway Development Corp., Dennis Villar, President of Dalkia Incorporated, Peter Coyiuto, President and CEO of First Life Financial Co. Inc., Ricky Libago, Senior Vice President of Empire East, Lito Montinola, President of Keyland Corp, Edimar Ulep, COO of DDT Konstract, Tony Que, President of Voltage Contractor, Bernard Salud, Country Manager of Kone Philippines, Jorel Nuyda, CEO of Siemens, Art Somera, Country Manager of Burns and Mcdonell, Claude Mazallon, CEO of Schneider Electric, Toto Pizarro, CEO of Crosslink, Dr. Dom Amistad, President of Calamba Doctors, Danny Go, and President of MAA Insurance.

The 18 – hole stroke play golf tournament was scored on a modified Stableford Molave system. Ambassador Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune emerged as the overall champion of the tournament. Winners received custom-made sculpture trophies.

There were 10 hole-in-one prizes including a round trip ticket to Hawaii for two, a Mediterranean Cruise for two, a Texas Eagle Golf Cart, LG TVs and LG Airconditioners. The participants and their caddies went home with beautiful golf shirts. Golf Staff, waiters and caddies were also included in the raffle that made it even more fun for every individual involved in the activity.

Proceeds from the event went to support the Don Bosco Victorias Alumni Association and the scholarship programs as represented by Fr. Brian Butanas, SDB.
