PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
PLDT has a nationwide footprint that poses a challenge in deploying construction services to build and maintain their offices and infrastructure. 麻豆传媒色情片 Inc was hired as the quantity surveyor to develop the internal construction cost database and help the client expedite their procurement process resulting to lower operational cost and faster delivery of services.

QSI deployed its cost engineering team to collate, review and analyze the client鈥檚 existing forms of contracts and cost structures. After four months of cost exercise, QSi was able to deliver a complete and functional cost database that is now implemented by the client across its procurement chain. Banking on our integrity and competence, we have helped the country鈥檚 biggest telecom company improve their logistical operations and save cost in the process.
